Prepare the syrup first. Add sugar and water and bring to a boil.
After boiling, add a few drops of lemon and leave to cool.
Shred the kadaifi.
The mold you will make should be resistant to cooking in the important stove and should not be too deep.
Grease the bottom of the mold with butter. You can use it abundantly. It makes the color better because we will fry it.
Melt the remaining butter and mix it with all the kadaif.
Be sure to oil the entire kadayif.
Divide the kadayıf into 2.
Put some of it at the bottom of the mold and press firmly with your hands.
Grate the cheese and pour it over.
Put the remaining kadayif on top of the cheese and press firmly.
Cook slowly over low heat in a large stove.
After one side is cooked, turn it upside down on the tray and fry the other side.
After removing from the stove, pour the cold syrup and serve hot with hazelnuts, walnuts or pistachios sprinkled. Enjoy your meal.
